Call us at 623.889.1012 before shipping your clock or watch. We will
provide you with our shipping address once we evaluate your needs. |
 |
REMOVE THE PENDULUM BEFORE PACKAGING YOUR CLOCK. If the
pendulum is relatively small and will easily fit in the package, carefully
wrap it in bubble wrap and ship it with your clock. Although we have
pendulums, examining yours to verify its adjustment means better service for
you. If you can't send the pendulum, measure its length, write it on a slip of
paper, and include it with your clock. |
 |
Carefully pack the clock or watch in bubble wrap in a box
filled with packing nuts or newspaper. Attempt to fill all vacant space within
the box, and securely seal with tape. Also, there is some belief that bubble
wrap can affect the finish on some clock cases. It may be wise to wrap the
case in paper before applying bubble wrap. |
 |
DO NOT SHIP ANY WEIGHTS WITH YOUR CLOCK. This unnecessarily increases the
shipping cost. Also, the weights expose the clock to severe damage during
shipping. We have weights; do not ship yours. If you can tell us the weight of
each of your clock's weights, that would be helpful for accurate timing of
your clock. |
 |
If the clock's pendulum is too large to ship, please
measure the total length of the pendulum and its hanger, and be sure to
include this measurement on your information sheet mentioned below. |
 |
Next, pack your packaged clock or watch in another, larger
box. Make sure to fill all the vacant space with packing nuts or newspaper.
Double packing your clock or watch is absolutely necessary
if you intend for it to arrive in one piece. |

Buy shipping insurance for your timepiece. |
 |
Be sure to include your name, telephone number, shipping address and insured
value of your timepiece in a prominent place INSIDE your package. |

If you ship your clock or watch to us, we will not perform any
unauthorized work without your approval, and payment must be received before
we will ship back to you. |
